I created The Pathway to Choose Joy™ from something I know deeply: life can change us. Loss, trauma, recovery, responsibility and simply surviving difficult seasons can leave us wondering where the person we once knew went. My own journey has taught me that healing is not about returning to an old version of ourselves. It is about learning to hear ourselves again.
